Yoga Tantra Malaga  develops along the years a holistic approach of live, including a complementary therapeutic perspective, based on several traditional wisdom, and natural alternative healing therapies, to address any issue, combining various traditions to find the best way to help you with any kind of challenges, whatever it’s a physical, medical, emotional or spiritual one, or all combined (as they are all linked together).

As a holistic approach, Yoga Tantra Malaga sees a person as a whole, and offers its expertise according to this holistic principle: each of us is unique, so is each session.

Amongst the services available:

YOGA POSTURES: seen mainly as a physical exercise in the West, the practice is more broad than that, and not only work on the physical layer of the body (fitness), but also aim to reconnect together all layers, regaining unity between body, mind and spirit(soul). You are more complex than you think…

BREATH WORK: also known as pranayama, breath exercises are amongst the best tools we can use to get in touch with ourselves, relax, energize, and prepare the body and mind to any kind of therapy. Observe mindfully your breath, and you will be incredibly surprised by how deep and closely tied is the connection between your breath, your emotional states, your feelings, etc

AYURVEDA: Science of Longevity, this ancient – still accurate – knowledge from India promotes health prevention, and offers an inestimable expertise of the body, its complexity, and how to sustain its wellness on a daily basis. Everything (food, spices, oil, nature, mental state, habits & routines …) is set up to restore the primary state of balance, keeping your body and mind healthy and strong, in harmony.

MASSAGE: based on the ayurveda tradition, the massages offered are mainly part of the therapy programs. From a simple relaxation to a profound therapeutic effect, all massages benefit primarily the physical body, with valuable results on the mental/emotional levels. Tibetan Massages are also available. The massage is apply with various sized balls (wood or plastic), for a simple relaxation or a deep tissue/sport massage effect. « Tantra » massages are only provided for their therapeutic values, during therapy sessions, especially to deal with emotional/sexual issues.

MEDITATION: sensitivity and contemplation are keys to develop self-knowledge, self-awareness and to translate experiences into wisdom. As Buddha said in his great wisdom: “What I lost [as I meditate]: anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear of old age and death”… Guided meditation can help you to relax or resolve a specific issue, as well as Yoga Nidra, an ancient & very powerful practice. Both can be designed to address a particular problem you need to work on, and in that case, will be part of the therapeutic process.

MINDFULNESS: “here and now” is the only reality we live in. Yesterday is gone, it can’t be changed, and tomorrow is an illusion, as it does not exist yet. Dwelling in there is the main source of our suffering. We can only learn from the past, and live fully now.

TANTRA: many fantasies arise when we hear that world. Too many, if you ask me: they create more confusion than they provide answers and solutions. Tantra, as I practice & teach it, is inspired by the Kashmiri Shaivism Tantra. It’s a spiritual path, based on non-duality, acceptance, and compassion. Like Buddhism, it emphases self-awareness, self-acceptance, unconditional love.
On a spiritual level, Tantra is a path towards yourself, as it will bring you back to your Authentic Essence (the one hidden most of the time behind the intrusive ego and the conditioned mind).
On a therapeutic level, Tantra is also part of the Sexual Healing approach, as it goes deep into the mental and emotional layers.

SACRED INTIMACY: Tantra principles and philosophy applied to intimacy.
A Tantric Sexual Healing session engages the body’s energetic & emotional areas through energy and breath work, movement, visualization, meditation, massage, sensual touch, sound resonance, etc. This is an intuitive process that directs and guides the sensing of energy as it moves, builds, ripens and flows. The purpose for these sessions is to create a safe space of trust so the entire being (mind, emotional layers, and physical body) can relax and soften the armouring that prevents the knotted energy from “letting go” and heal.

YOGA THERAPY: as confusing as it seems when the mind stops at “yoga”, picturing fitness, impossible movements and strange level of flexibility, Yoga Therapy has little to do with how mainstream belief pictures it, and more to do with a combination of all the above: it is a holistic therapy, as well as a complementary approach of any issue, at any time in our life, and can address any aspects of our life.

Each program will be especially designed according to your needs, and will evolve with your progress.
